Inquiries And Proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, reserve availability or require Sunday to accept a project. We may decline an inquiry or recommend a different scope based on fit, timing and capacity.

A proposal remains subject to its stated expiration date and terms. Project work begins only after the required agreement, payment and requested materials have been received.

Client Agreements

Client projects are governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement controls the project scope, deliverables, schedule, payment terms, revision limits, cancellation rights and ownership terms. If a client agreement conflicts with these website terms, the client agreement controls for that project.

Fees And Payments

This website does not currently collect project payments. Payment schedules, deposits, late fees, expenses and refund terms are stated in the applicable proposal or client agreement. Fees paid for completed work or reserved project time may be nonrefundable when the written agreement says so.

Client-Provided Materials

If you provide names, copy, photography, logos, data or other materials, you represent that you have the right to share and use them for the requested work. You remain responsible for their accuracy, legality and required permissions.
